Donna Fasano was one of my very first authors that I became friends with and I have enjoyed all her books. I still have not reread this book but need years ago and enjoyed it then. I would recommend this book and all others by Donna to anyone who likes romantic comedy.

I totally enjoyed this book. The author drew me right in and kept me engaged until the very last page. If you enjoy a mystery with a twist, you will enjoy this book.
I started this book and didn't put it down until I'd finished. It has plenty of wit and fun, and also more heart than the usual run of chick-lit. The characters are appealing and seem very real - the relationships between Fiona and her teenagers were both hilarious and believable. It's got mystery, humor, romance, and friendship....go out and buy this book!
I loved this book. Tons of emotions up and down and an ending I didn't expect. Donna has a way of making you see how complex relationships really are.
This book of Donna's must be the seventh I have read of hers and its absolutely her best. She combines the stories of two women who are radically different but support each other. Whose lives give them two very unusual wake up calls and then we see how Fiona and Diana react to the curve balls. I thought I would read a couple of chapter before I slept at night, and I stayed up till three in the morning to finish the book. I just couldn't put it down till I found out "Where's Stanley" !!!
The cop at her chaotic door asks Fiona Rowland how come she failed to notice that her spouse Stanley has not come home in three days. Fiona explains to the hunk that between the kids, the carpools and life's curveballs who has time to notice that Stanley failed to come home. Though to her self that sounds interesting albeit a bit humiliating as she ponders why she not only failed to observe her husband went AWOL, but that she could not care less that he did though she is curious as to where in the world is Stanley?

As Fiona reconsiders her marriage and what it means, Di Fleming, her best friend in high school arrives home after losing her job. She tries to help Fiona cope with Stanley's disappearance. However, Fiona soon learns that the comfort of her memories prove false too as revelations surface that make Fiona wonders just what is truth and how did she miss the signs that were in front of her face all these years.

WHERE'S STANLEY? is an interesting character study that provides the reader a close look at a fascinating protagonist who is so aloof from people she supposedly cares about, she fails to notice that her spouse is missing. The story line focuses on Fiona who is outraged by Stanley's vanishing act and other secrets that are revealed, but never seems concerned about her husband's well being. Though Di's troubles take away somewhat from a strong glimpse at a detached person, readers will wonder what next by Donna Fasano?
